Report an error

If you would like to report a point of acceptance error, please follow the steps below:

1. Select the relevant point of acceptance in the web/application!
2. Click/tap on the name of the point of acceptance!
3. Click/tap on the yellow triangle icon in the upper right corner!
4. Enter the details of the error!

After the report, the acceptance point will be contacted within one working day, and feedback will be sent to the reporter on the resolution of the problem.
